Hi, I'm Coach Sharm and I've been a body transformation coach for more than 24 years. I help people get healthier and fitter - get a toned body and lower bodyfat depriving themselves of their favourite food and spending countless hours exercising.
I am a personal trainer in Singapore who champions the famous ancient Athenian concept of “a sound mind in a sound body” - Mens sana in corpore sano. It expounds the idea that physical activities can be used to develop all aspects of the body – mind, body and spirit. We can improve our health and quality of life by including moderate amounts of physical activity in our daily lives. Health benefits from physical activity are definitely achievable for most of us, including those of us who dislike vigorous exercise and ones who were previously discouraged by following a difficult vigorous exercise program.

I've been a body transformation coach and personal trainer for 22 years and counting, helping people lose 20 lbs of fat in 8 weeks so they can feel more confident about themselves and live life at its best with a strong mind and a thriving body.
I'm also a Fat Loss Coach, coaching about effective and efficient methods for my clients to lose fat so they'll have leaner bodies that will allow them to move more - travel with family, play with kids, wear the clothes they want, be more productive at work, feel good, and reduce risks of getting weight-related health complications, including those resulting from having a sedentary lifestyle.
I lecture at NTU - teaching undergraduates sports science subjects. At the end of the module, the objective is to be able take what they learn, and design workout programs for them and their loved ones so that they will get a better body and mind.

I am the co-creator of Lose to Win Challenge, produced by the Health Promotion Board, creating and delivering Fitness workouts, bootcamps and group exercise (GX) classes for more than 500 individuals.
With blessings and endorsements from Mdm Halimah Yacob (Deputy Secretary-General, NTUC) and Mr Lam Pin Woon, CEO, Health Promotion Board, I'm the official fitness partner to the Health Promotion Board for the National Healthy Lifestyle Campaign 2009. We created and delivered the Lose to Win's Fitness Bootcamp 2009 that involved about 300 participants from 72 companies / organisations. Based on their reports, the average weight loss was around 10kg per person after 3 months (twice a week, 1 hour per session). They also reported feeling fitter - with more strength, endurance and flexibility. More importantly, they feel more productive at work.
